Our approach optimizes talent selection through integration with the client’s ATS or HCM, ensuring an automated and efficient experience in posting, evaluating and ranking candidates. The process steps are detailed below:

  • Profile characterization: defines the profile required for the position. The profile characterization is structured in two dimensions:
    • Hard Skills: Technical skills essential for the position.
    • Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills and adaptability to the work environment.

This characterization is set up directly in The Wise Skill and is associated with the vacancy published in the ATS/HCM.

  • Automatic publication: the client publishes the job offer in its ATS or HCM. Thanks to the integration via API with The Wise Skill, the offer is automatically synchronized on our platform, allowing advanced characterization of the position and ensuring that the selection criteria are aligned with the specific needs of the company.
  • Talent attraction and redirection to assessment: interested candidates apply to the offer directly through the ATS/HCM. From here, candidates are automatically redirected to The Wise Skill assessment platform, where they complete the previously defined skills assessments.

    The assessments measure both hard skills and soft skills, generating an objective and automated analysis of talent.

  • Automated evaluation and ranking: using our artificial intelligence-powered methodology, The Wise Skill analyzes the results of each candidate based on the criteria defined in the profile characterization.
    • A ranking of candidates is generated based on their level of fit with the offer.
    • Manual review of CVs is avoided and screening time is significantly reduced, providing an analysis based on objective data.
  • Return of results to the ATS/HCM: once assessed, the candidates’ results, together with their Key Talent Indicator (KTI) and detailed reports, are automatically sent to the ATS/HCM.
    • Recruiters can view each candidate’s information in their own system without the need to access multiple platforms.
    • It facilitates decision making based on structured and comparable data.
  • Selection and validation: with the information already centralized in the ATS/HCM, the selection team can proceed with the necessary interviews or validations.
